Sacraments

Sacraments were instituted by Christ and are the means by which the grace of Christ is given to us.  It is through this grace received in the sacraments that we participate in the divine life of the Church, as member of the Body of Christ.  All sacraments rightly point to the Eucharist, the “source and summit of Christian Life” (LG11)
